At its core, NexGen Ventures was established to:

Teach Life Skills and Financial Literacy: Our Children learn about the fundamentals of income, expenses, budgeting, and saving. Provide Practical Business Experience: By participating in a real business environment, the kids learn essential principles of entrepreneurship, such as planning, marketing, customer service, and setting goals. They also encounter firsthand the importance of hard work and resilience. Encourage Community Service: One of the cornerstone services currently offered by NexGen Ventures is snow removal. This not only addresses a real community need, especially for elderly residents or those with mobility issues, but also helps kids understand the value of giving back to their community. How It Works
Our kids are trained on both the practical aspects of snow removal and the business aspects of managing a service. They are taught:

Income and Expenses: Kids learn how to budget for supplies (such as shovels, salt, and equipment maintenance), track their earnings, and set aside a portion of their income for future needs or charitable contributions. This instills a sense of financial responsibility early on.
