Most of our work is new home construction, working from the builders plans and specifications to get the exterior finished the way it was designed.

We don't need to reinvent the wheel. We just need to do our part of the build properly.

And we're pretty happy with that.😀

👀This is what can happen when you take light colored vinyl siding and give it a darker makeover.

This house originally had white vinyl siding that was painted a darker blue color. The darker color absorbed much more heat, and unfortunately, the siding didn't handle it well. The result ? Warped siding.

Can vinyl siding be painted ? Yes, there are paints specifically formulated for vinyl.

But is painting your existing vinyl always the best option ? Not necessarily.

Changing the color of vinyl siding can come with some important considerations, especially when going from a light color to a much darker one.

In many cases, replacing the siding with a color you want can make more sense than painting the existing siding, and it gives you new siding rather than trying to make the old something it wasn't designed to be.

Sometimes the "quick and cheaper option" doesn't end up being the cheaper option.😁

This is a pretty good example.

Would you paint your siding a completely different color, or replace it to get the look you want ?🏡

If your siding could talk, we have a feeling it would have a few complaints.

"Please stop parking the BBQ beside me." 🔥

"Your w**d trimmer and I are not friends." 😳

"Why does the downspout dump water right here ?" 💦

"And could we maybe not blast me with the pressure washer ?" 😆

Your siding puts up with a lot over the years.

Ever notice how some siding jobs just look...right ? 🏡

Most people couldn't tell you exactly why, but they know it when they see it.

Straight lines. Even reveals. Clean corners. Everything fitting together like it should.

Those little details aren't an accident, they're the result of taking the time to do the job properly.

It's one of those things that may not be the first thing people notice, but it definitely contributes to a finished look that lasts for years.

Summer is prime curb appeal season☀️🏡

Everything is green, flowers are blooming, and homes are getting noticed a little more this time of year. One thing we've learned is that a clean, well finished exterior doesn't have to be flashy to stand out.

Sometimes the homes that catch your eye are simply the ones that are well cared for and put together. When you are out for a walk or drive, what's the first thing that makes a house stand out to you ?
