One of the most common calls we get is fixing work that looked great on day one, but failed by year two.

Tile is only as good as the prep behind it. Skip proper waterproofing or rush the subfloor structure, and moisture eventually wins.

When we take on a tile or renovation project, we spend just as much time perfecting what you do not see as the tile you do see.
