You can’t epoxy over a bad floor and hope for the best. 💪

This garage needed some serious work before we could even think about coating it. Crumbling concrete, fractures, cracks, repairs, fillers… the guys put in the work to get this floor back up to par.

First comes the hard work. 🔨🛠️

And apparently blowing the concrete dust off your buddy before they get in the truck is part of the process too 😂💨

Our Senior Business & Operations Manager!

Krysten plays a huge role behind the scenes at The Epoxy Company, helping keep the day-to-day operations organized, the team supported and everything moving in the right direction. From coordinating schedules and handling administrative details to supporting our customers, crews, and overall business operations, she’s one of the people helping keep everything connected and running smoothly.

Beyond her role, Krysten is one of those people who brings positivity wherever she goes. She’s kind, engaging, optimistic and always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. Her work ethic and genuine care for the people around her make her a huge part of the heart behind The Epoxy Company. 🧡
