We corrected the slope beside this house by adding base gravel and compacting it thoroughly.

The ground had been sloping towards the house. We reshaped it to help direct water away.

Nobody wants to cut a hole in their brand-new concrete. This homeowner is now looking at two.

The City came out and marked the location of the water shut-off valve. The plan was for us to cut out that section, the City to raise the valve, and us to pour concrete around it afterwards.

We cut where it was marked. When the City came back, they said the first mark was in the wrong place and put down a new one beside the hole.

Now another section needs to come out. All of this in freshly poured concrete.

Here’s a selection of concrete driveways and walkways we completed at homes in Aspen Ridge and Rosewood. Different properties, with driveways, front entry paths and side walkways shaped to fit each layout.

This yard slopes steeply towards the house, so rainwater was heading straight for it. The slope on the concrete walkway wasn't enough to deal with the water coming off the lawn.

We installed a French drain along the walkways and cut across one section of concrete to fit a channel drain. We checked the pipe slopes carefully so the water would flow towards the outlets instead of sitting in the pipe.

We also added edging and applied stone adhesive to help keep the gravel in place and out of the grass, then fitted outlets at the ends of the pipes.
