Meet the Team: Amber edition ✨

As the President and GC of Frame & Fortune, my professional job description is “The one who translates Kristian’s ideas into spreadsheets”

I split my time between office setting and the job sites, which means my daily routine looks a little something like:
- Doing a lot of math, lots of reading, and staring at spreadsheets.
- Hanging out on-site with Kristian and the crew, yelling at tape measures, and making sure our projects are completely flawless.

Oh, and just in case my schedule wasn’t chaotic enough, I’m also a licensed Realtor with INITIA Real Estate | Ontario . Because why not know how to sell a house and how to completely tear it apart?

Basically, I’m the spreadsheet lover who isn’t afraid of a hammer.
Fun fact: I am fueled entirely by an aggressive amount of Iced Caps.

Hey everyone! We’ve had a lot of people asking about our scope lately, so we wanted to give a quick update on exactly what we do and how you can book us.

We specialize in full project management for home transformations. If you want an stress-free renovation, we handle the entire project from start to finish, including absolutely everything on the inside (kitchens, baths, flooring, trim, drywall, etc.).
Here is a quick look at what we do:

Full Interior Transformations: any level of renovations, fully managed by us.

Decks, Sheds, Garages etc. : Custom outdoor builds (Securing spots for Summer 2026!)

Hourly Home Tasks: Hire us by the hour to hang shelves, mount art/pictures, or check off your small to-do list using your supplies (we will bring the tools!)

Big project or small task, we’d love to help you out.

Bungalows are still the favorite: These remain the most popular choice by far, with 57 homes sold this month at an average price of $579,297.

The Top Three: Following bungalows, 2-Storey and 1 1/2 Storey homes were the next most sought-after styles for buyers.

The Market "Sweet Spot": The most active price point was between $500k and $600k, where we saw 26 homes change hands.

High-End Highlights: It was also a notable month for the luxury market, with 3 sales closing above the $2 Million mark
