Weekend Recap!

Side yard excavation done!

Dug out this area along the side of the house to get it ready for a new concrete walkway. Locates were called in and marked before we broke ground, and we worked carefully around the AC unit, window well, and existing plants to keep everything intact.

Small access? No problem. The mini excavator fits where bigger machines can't.

WEEKEND RECAP!

Small fresh sod install this weekend!

The previous "landscaper" laid sod right over top of an existing walkway, no wonder it wasn't taking. We pulled up the old walkway, brought in fresh soil, graded it properly, and laid brand new sod the right way!

Do it right the first time. Proper prep is everything when it comes to a lawn that actually thrives!

WEEKEND RECAP!

Full front yard refresh for a great client!
Stripped out the tired old lawn with the mini skid steer, regraded, and laid fresh sod.

Then built out new garden beds with curved edging, brought in black mulch and finished it off with a flagstone path from the walkway to the front porch.

Weekend Recap!

This backyard had an old shed that had to go!
Once it was torn down and hauled away, we cleared out all the leftover debris, graded the area level, and laid fresh sod right over top!
What used to be a dead patch under a shed is now a clean, usable lawn. Small footprint, big difference!
