🚜 ACREAGE REGRADE UPDATE 🌲

We’ve been moving some serious dirt to regrade the property, improve drainage, and create a more functional, usable space.

Another productive week in the books!

✅ Hydro corridor planning and layout completed
✅ Jackhammering and site prep for final grade underway
✅ Service boxes installed and ready for the next phase

Every stage brings us one step closer to the finished product. Great work by the crew pushing through the hard ground and keeping the project moving forward safely and efficiently.

Nothing says Saturday morning like seat time on the tractor. 🚜🌱 Fresh air, a little sunshine, and a few hours spent mowing the property before the rest of the day gets rolling. There’s something satisfying about watching the work get done one pass at a time.

Busy week in the books. 💪

From chopping wood and clearing the way, to jackhammering rock, moving fill, and grading new hydro corridors, this week had a bit of everything.

Not every job goes according to plan. A broken track mid-week definitely wasn’t on the schedule, but that’s part of the industry. You adapt, solve the problem, lean on good people, and keep moving forward.

Proud of what the crew accomplished despite the setbacks. Long days, dirty boots, and plenty of challenges, but we’re back on track and getting it done.

A huge thank you to everyone who stepped up to help when things got complicated. Those relationships make all the difference.

Huge thank you to Bobcat of Comox Valley for turning a brutal Tuesday around.

When our track fell apart in the worst possible situation, these guys moved fast. New tracks were in my hands 25 hours later, installed today, and we’re already back to work.

In a world where customer service is disappearing, this team stepped up big time. Grateful for companies that actually stand behind their customers and understand downtime matters. 👊🚜
