✅Site Prepped: Area stripped and cleaned to allow beams and floor installation
✅Waterproofing Done: blueskin installed and ready for the backfill process.

Project Update: St-Pascal🚧

The primary-level concrete pour is officially complete and a total success. Our team has cleared the main floor braces, and the structure is ready for the next phase.We will return to complete the front porch, basement slab, and garage slab once the roof is installed.

St-Pascal Update!!!

Rear walls featuring a 6" concrete core are poured, house is stripped, and fully waterproofed. ✅
With the foundation phase wrapping up, we're ready for the next stage. Once the main floor is installed, we'll be back on site to continue building all the way to the trusses.
Steady progress and quality work at every step. 👊

Update on the built in St-Pascal!!! First basement pour was a success ✅ Exterior ICF walls has a 10” concrete core to receive bricks 🧱. Remaining walls will be continued with 6” ICF!!! IntegraSpec ICF axisconcretepumping
