Perennials, annuals, vegetables, bushes, ornamental trees, fruit trees and dirt! From a young age and into adulthood, I was always working with flowers, perennials or vegetables. Whether it was helping a grandparent with yard work, or working on a vegetable farm or growing exotics on a balcony of an apartment building in a foreign country. Horticulture has been apart of my entire life. After retur

ning to Regina, I "put down my roots" in a home with land around it. The yard itself was small in size and struggling. The grass, the blue spruces were neglected. The yard itself had long runs of gravel and little imagination, and whole lot of zero scaping. Over the next 16 years, I single-handedly transformed a very hard yard to my own flourishing, flowering mini estate! I would consider myself a plant collector! You name it, I've probably have tried to grow it or plant it in some sort of way! I enjoy pushing (Canadian) zone 3 friendly perennials to their fullest thriving potentials. Even the annuals, I just loving being apart of the flowers becoming their best! It all starts with the dirt, roots and then to the shoots and finally their blooms! Over these years, I became the "go to gardener" in the neighborhood - friend when a problem or concern was happening that had to do with any horticulture. And now I want to share with more people!
