Our first employee on payroll 🎉

There comes a point in running a business where you realize you can’t do everything on your own. When Johnny mentioned that he’d be interested putting his Class 3 to use, we took him up on his offer!

He started off doing rural trips with the dump truck and exceeded expectations so quickly that now he’s doing urban deliveries. He’s also dialling in his gravel spreading skills 🔥

We appreciate that John always shows up with a smile, takes care of the truck, and provides great customer service. We’re so thankful for a good friend turned great employee 😊

We’ve been quiet on the social media front lately, but life behind the scenes hasn’t slowed down 💨

After 140 hours of required training through 3M Ventures, Kyle earned his Class 1 in December 👏

Winter was spent doing two one-month stints up in Peace River, AB. Getting back into industrial electrical and staying busy.

In between all this, we made a quick road trip to Smithers to add something new to the Wozney Developments fleet… a dump truck!!

Kyle’s now back in Peace River for one last stint, while he *not so patiently* waits for road bans to come off 😆
