Lot 59 is officially underway. 🏡

The foundation is taking shape on Pebble Creek, and it’s always exciting to see plans on paper start becoming something real. From an empty lot to the beginning of a new home, this is where it all starts.

Fall is here and we’re racing the weather at The Banks. Here’s where things stand:

🔑 Move-ins this month: Lots 58, 20 and 10 are in final stages. Three families get keys before October.

🎨 Finishing stage: Lot 36 has its first coat of paint (completing next month). Lot 33 just started mud and tape.

🔧 Rough-ins: Lots 53 and 30 are wrapping up mechanical, insulation next.

🏗️ Going vertical: Lot 56 got trusses this week. Lots 5 and 60 foundations are poured.

And one you should know about: Lot 45 got countertops and sod this week and gets its finishing touches this month. It’s still available. Move in this fall with the yard already done.
