That view! That Sunset! That 30ft Pool!

A lot of effort went into this one, with still more to go with equipment and electrical, but the pool itself is filling and ready for our clients to finalize their deck plans for their ultimate summer retreat right in their own back yard.

What looks to be a gentle sloping back yard becomes more like 10 to 12" in elevation change over 30ft. That means removing a lot of sod, topsoil, rock and soil to find a firm level base that we can begin to build on, bringing back 20 ton of class A, a few ton of crusher dust to fine tune the grade, recessed patio stones under all supports, and finally an interior base of masonary sand will provide trouble free foundation that will last decades.

A pool is a significant investment, it should be installed correctly, by people who care to make sure its right. We are thankful our client trusted us to be those people for them.

It's pool season, We've been busy!

Just a few from the start of the season that we've completed from the ground up. Pool bases done right, organics and soil removed, compacted foundation, dressed with suitable sand depending on the type and style of pool, concrete stones of a suitable size under all supports, filled, plumbed and electrical connected.

We take pride in our work and will work with you to completion, whether that is a completed pool left for you to continue your landscaping and decking yourself, or additional top dressing with peastone or topsoil, seed or sod, or a compacted base ready for a deck install.

We will be out in the Portugal Cove and Torbay areas, Forest Landing, Airport Heights and beyond if demand and time allows following the upcoming snowstorm.
We are operating using a front loader tractor equipped with a rear blower to handle all your heavy snow, with potential for 50+ cm plows will likely have no where to push it.
Neat and tidy with no large piles left behind to turn to ice walls.
Pricing depends on size of area, amount of snow and location.
We can also come out after the storm as passed for cleanup and push back to prepare you for the next storm.
