The old wood in here had been the same since the house was built. Not falling apart, just dated. Every quote this homeowner got for replacement came in between $15,000 and $40,000, plus weeks without a kitchen.

Your kitchen isn't small. It's dark 📏

Same square footage. Completely different room. Here's what's actually happening.

💡 Dark finishes absorb light, so corners fall into shadow and the room ends where the shadow starts
↔️ Light finishes bounce light back, so your eye carries all the way to the far wall
🧊 Dark uppers have visual weight and they press down on the room
