At this Vancouver commercial lot, we installed boulders to protect landscaped islands from vehicles driving over them and tire stoppers to safeguard concrete curbs and retaining walls from accidental damage.

And because business shouldn’t stop for improvements, we worked outside business hours, minimizing disruptions to visitors, customers, and daily operations.

The result? Better protection, improved safety, and added character and curb appeal. 🌿

🔒 Commercial Gazebos: Three Problems. One Solution.

These commercial gazebos in Port Coquitlam needed more than a cosmetic upgrade.

The challenge was threefold: prevent theft and unauthorized access, keep rats and mice out, and create safer access for people using the space.

Under Frogs Group’s project management, the gazebos were upgraded with custom metal fencing, gates, locking access, and metal stairs—bringing security, pest prevention, and safer access together in one coordinated solution.

The result? Commercial gazebos that are more secure, better protected, and safer to use.

Sometimes the best exterior transformations aren’t about changing how a property looks—they’re about making the space work better.

Sometimes a project starts with one problem… and ends with a space feeling completely different.

This deck had seen better days. The old vinyl was worn and damaged, and years of exposure had taken away from a space that should have felt like an extension of the home.

So we gave it another chapter.

Under Frogs Group’s project management, the old surface was stripped away, the deck was carefully prepared, and a fresh vinyl membrane was installed—transforming a tired outdoor space into a clean, bright and revitalized deck ready to be enjoyed again.

Great projects are also built through great collaboration. A special thank-you to Jonathan Pal for the craftsmanship and attention to detail that helped bring this transformation to life. 👏

18 Homes. One Shared Problem. One Big Exterior Revival. 🏡✨

At an 18-unit townhouse complex in Surrey, years of weather had taken their toll—faded decks and fences, peeling finishes, rotten planks and loose steps.

We didn’t just stain over the problems. Frogs Group repaired what needed fixing first, then restored and stained the decks and fences throughout the property.

Sometimes, a small crack tells a much bigger story.

At this New Westminster property, years of wear had taken their toll on a heavily used concrete walkways. What began as deterioration had become several broken, uneven sections that no longer matched the safety or appearance expected of the heritage property.

By the end of our project, the rubble was gone—and in its place stood a strong, clean and seamless new walkway, ready to serve residents for years to come.

Because sometimes the best repair isn’t covering up what failed. It’s rebuilding it right. 🐸

🔥🔥🔥 This Port Coquitlam backyard had beautiful mature trees, but the aging timber retaining walls and tired landscape around them had reached the end of their life.

We preserved the mature trees and rebuilt the landscape around them—replacing the deteriorated timber with a new multi-level stone-finished retaining system, creating fresh decorative gravel beds, improving the soil, and introducing new hydrangeas for colour and softness. 🌿

The result? Same mature landscape, completely renewed character. 🏡

It started with a driveway that had seen better days… 🏚️➡️🏡

Cracked, deteriorated, and no longer doing justice to the home in Coquitlam, this old driveway was ready for a complete transformation.

We started by taking everything back to the foundation—removing the existing concrete, excavating and rebuilding the base, carefully setting the forms, and installing a reinforced structure designed to support the new driveway for years to come.

Then came the concrete.

But we didn’t want this to be just another grey driveway.

The exposed aggregate finish brings out the natural character of the stone, giving the surface texture, depth, and a distinctive look that changes beautifully with the light. We also extended the concrete walkway to create a seamless connection from the driveway to the front entrance.

From demolition → to preparation → to reinforcement → to the finished surface.

A driveway isn’t just where you park your car.

It’s one of the first things people see when they arrive at your home—and when it’s built properly, it can completely change the character of the property.
