We would like to Congratulate Sam Tsai on his purchase of Faithful Plumbing & Heating. He is very Knowledgeable in the Plumbing and Gas Fitting Industry. We are so happy Sam decided to take on the company. Sam has worked with so many of our customers as he worked for us from the age of 14 to 21 years old. We have the utmost confidence in Sam's ability and skills he has acquired. I want to thank all of our customers for their trust and allowing us to serve them for so many years. Trouble shooting a furnace today. Never seen this happen before. Went through the process bypassing the pressure switches just for a test and this happens.
Followed the exhaust PVC pipe. Found that someone sealed close the pipe with expanding foam and closed up the outside wall. Totally plugging the exhaust.

We have a extreme cold spell coming to Vancouver Island over Christmas. Temperature going down as much as minus 17 degrees. Make sure all your hoses are disconnected from your outside taps. If your water supply to your house has frozen in the past make sure you have a trickle of water running from your cold water tap or faucet somewhere in your house that drains well.
