Backyard garden overhaul + re-seed ↘️

This customer wanted some definition between their garden and the back grass.

That black mulch and the Garden edging will really help to make the new grass easier to cut and keep the weeds to a minimum in the gardens!!

This customer wanted an area of poor growing grass to be covered up and a garden bed to take its place.

BACKYARD OVERHAUL ↘️

This couple wanted to have a nice backyard to enjoy the summer. They had us overhaul the areas below. Garden beds dug out, made ready and sodded over, tree bed established, swim spa made accessible all around and prepped for interlocking (not completed by us) and the front garden bed removed and sodded over.

The project came out great and on a quick turn around. Customers are thrilled to be able to host summer guests in their new backyard.

This customer came to us for lawn maintenance at first and decided they wanted to try and tame some of the weeds taking over their back lawn and front garden. The solution we came up with was to cut the backyard down to the lowest possible height, layer on topsoil and grass seed and then rake the seed through before applying a second seed coating. This method is the cheaper alternative when trying to reclaim grass, it does however take 2-3 years of re-doing it for the root bed of the grass to take fully. In the customers front garden we stripped the weeds out and cut a new edge then added a thick layer of black mulch to give some curb appeal. Check out the results!

This job was a large one that took a few hours to complete. This customer had come to us to clean-up their backyard, at first they wanted all of the weeds in the garden out and the lawn mowed. Our quote to this customer included a price to continue for the season which they agreed to, this quickly changed near the end of us completing the initial clean-up. This was one of those jobs that as a Lawn Care company we take a little hard because by the end of the job it became clear that the customer used us and had no intention of retaining our services. It leaves a bitter taste as we spent 4 hours transforming their property and risking our equipment in overgrown growth only to be told they would not be moving forward with us. All that aside take a look at how this lawn turned out, keep in mind it was cut 4x in the back and 2x out front. Unfortunately we were not able to get after pictures because the client rushed us off the moment we were done and paid, so you'll see before and during pictures.

This job was a simple face-lift of a tired deck. The existing deck had begun to rot out leaving holes and making it unsafe. We ripped everything down to the frame, cleaned out the various animal food stashes and garbage, then replaced the boards and face board. We also added a step to make the deck that much more accessible for all guests.

This hedge pruning was a straight forward job that only presented one complication. There was one spot in the hedge that dipped lower than any other point and we could not take it all down to that level without killing the hedge. As such we blended it in the best we could for this year. We also did two of the bushes out front for this customer.

This customer wanted to install a shed in their backyard and asked us to create a base for it to sit on. We dug down to create an even starting point in the lawn due to a grade change, created a wood frame to keep everything tight and then added 2.5 yards of screening to build it back up. Patio stones were laid on top once the surface was leveled and compacted. The final product was a 10x12 pad for the shed to sit on.
