🏡 Renovation Progress Update from Estrada Professionals!
We’re excited to share a sneak peek of our ongoing project with a fantastic client as we tackle the second section of their five Plex building.
We’ve just completed the upstairs for their son and are now diving into the granny suite downstairs. This old gem needed a lot of love – we removed all the old walls, added fresh insulation, and the first coat of primer is on! The walls are looking flawless, leaving those bumpy plaster vibes behind.
The pot lights have been installed, giving the space beautiful, bright lighting, and the stunning herringbone flooring design is being laid down, truly standing out.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy rerouting wires, relocating vents, and adding drains to ensure everything functions perfectly, laying the foundation for a long-lasting and beautiful home.
