Brrrrrrr, it’s going to be a cold night. If you have water pipes in your house that run along an outside wall make sure you take precautions against freezing. Leave cupboard doors open to let heat into those areas. Leave your taps dripping slightly so water continuously moves. Add insulation to prevent freezing.

So these are the 3 contenders for employee of the month. Oliver, Poppy & Gunner. They all get high marks for dependability, they are at work every day. They are also very good at showing up for treat time. But at the last employee performance review they all scored low on work output. They nap a lot during work hours. So should they get an award?
