A local state of emergency was declared as a precarious rock was looming above Pleasant Valley Mobile Home Park. 25 homes were evacuated. Our crew was called in to work with the City of Penticton and Rock Glen Consulting to build a lock block wall in efforts to protect the homes below should the rock come down while they drill and pin it to the mountain.
