🔥 It’s been one long, hot summer — and our crew hasn’t slowed down. 🔥

When the call comes, our crew drops everything, loads up the iron and gets to work. 🚜💨

Long days, tough terrain, heavy equipment and monster fires — all with one goal: getting guard on the ground and helping protect the communities in the path of wildfire.

We couldn’t be prouder of the crew we have at Lizzie Bay Logging. These guys have put in some serious hours this summer, working together and pushing hard when it matters most.

There’s nothing easy about wildfire work — but when communities are on the line, you show up and get it done. 🔥🌲💪

A huge thank you to our entire crew for the long days, hard work and commitment this fire season.

🚛 Exciting Times at Skatin Community School! 🚛
Friday morning was filled with excitement at Skatin Community School as Daniel Sam and Rod Ross stopped by to spend some time with the students and community members.

The kids had the opportunity to get up close to some impressive equipment, including a low-bed tractor and the new CAT 730 Rock Truck recently purchased through the partnership between Skatin and Lizzie Bay Logging.

It was great to see so many smiling faces, curious questions, and future operators climbing aboard to check out the equipment firsthand. Opportunities like these help connect our youth with the people, skills, and equipment that support local projects and careers in our communities.

A big thank you to Daniel and Rod for taking the time to share their knowledge and give everyone a hands-on look at the equipment.

The Lizzie Bay crew is collaborating with Lil Wat Forestry Ventures on an additional fuel treatment project surrounding the MT Currie community, highlighting the importance of forest thinning initiatives for both community protection and wildlife habitat preservation.
