My first vending experience this year! Last weekend I sold my art at a spring nature market in Kanata, I had a great time and I’m looking forward to doing more art markets this year :)

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be a vendor at the Green Goddesse Creatives Market on May 2nd!
I think it’ll be a really fun time with lots of cool artists, you should come see me! :)

Introducing: My mini insect painting series! The first painting here (3x3 inches) is a pretty blue damselfly on some lily pads. Every insect you’ll see in this series is life-sized, which I think is really fun :)

One of my favourite parts about painting this series is reading fun facts about the insects while I’m looking up reference photos. For example, did you know that damselflies and dragonflies don’t walk? Their legs are only for catching prey and perching!

I created music cover art for a jam recorded at the Art House Cafe! With this piece, I aimed to capture the energy and cozy atmosphere while also expressing the feeling of connection as these different musicians pulled together to create some spontaneous music.
