Progress over the last month ⏳

They say if these walls could talk… and trust us, we’re listening. 🏡🪵
This 1860s heritage home has seen a lot — and now, it’s getting a second life. ✨

From worn floorboards to hidden architectural gems and quite a few.. surprises…we’re uncovering the character and charm that’s been tucked away over time — and bringing it back to shine for years to come. 🧰⚒️📐

This is where the heartbeat of was beating for many, many years… until we opened the new addition — and the bakery’s heart grew *three sizes that day*. ❤️ (Yes, we went full Grinch.)

Restoring a space with this much history takes care, craftsmanship, and a *lot* of coffee. ☕️ But we’re loving every minute of it.
