Espy Construction and Renovation Inc. is a general construction company with over 15 years experience. We specialize in roofing applications, siding, soffit, fascia, and aluminum capping. Although our specialties are exterior applications, we do take on other projects such as fencing and deck building.
Espy Construction and Renovations Inc. is offering an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing company. We are looking for 2-3 siding installers/laborers to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Removal of old siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough.
Properly install and tape house wrap.
Properly install new siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough.
Clean work area after each day
High regard for safety
Requirements:
1+ years siding installation
Possess a valid drivers licence (preferred, not mandatory)
WHMIS certified (preferred, not mandatory)
Working at Heights Certificate
Able to lift 50-80 lbs day after day
Must have steel toe boots. Hard hats and gloves will be supplied if needed.
Salary:
This position's hourly wage is based on experience, speed of installation, and attention to detail. Wages range from $18-$27 / hour. We pay on a bi-weekly basis with the opportunity of monthly and yearly bonuses.
