Lepco Ltd. is seeking an Experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician who’s handy, reliable, and ready to take on real work that matters.
What You’ll Tackle:
Routine and emergency maintenance on commercial properties
Fixing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repair issues
Inspections, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Carpentry, patch-ups, small construction fixes
Keeping our buildings running smoothly and safely
What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience in commercial maintenance or construction
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Familiar with building codes and safety practices
Must have a valid driver’s license
Responsible, reliable, and ready to work independently
