Optometric Clinic - Interior Fit Up Project

Garage Rebuild – Uplands Base, Ottawa

LB Dynamic Construction is proud to have been awarded this project by the Canadian Armed Forces following a competitive bid process — a full garage rebuild on Uplands Base after a total loss fire.

Working from the existing foundation, we rebuilt completely — managing materials, on-site coordination with CAF officials and homeowners, and security fencing throughout. Every phase was reviewed by a CAF official for quality compliance and assurance.

A big thank you to all the subcontractors involved — framing, siding, roofing, electrical, and windows/doors. Great work team! 👏

Completed on budget. Completed with pride. ✅
