Seed alone starves. It germinates, then dies. You wasted your money.

That pink/white stuff in my mix? That's a starter mix with slow release fall fertilizer added in. That's food!

Stop hiring the cheap guy with a bag of Scotts. Hire someone who actually wants your lawn to live."

POV: You finally called a guy who actually gives a s**t!

This isn't a patch job. Full rip out, proper base, proper compaction, replace improper cut and crumbling blocks, and all new coping. No more wobbling steps, no skating rink when it hits -10.
