Happy World Architecture Day! 🏛

Every first Monday in October, the world celebrates the design of the places where we live, work and gather. For us, that celebration happens one home at a time.

Frank Lloyd Wright was famous for homes that seemed to grow out of their surroundings — Fallingwater being the best-known example. That same idea still guides good residential design today: a home should fit its lot, its light, and the people who live in it.

When you're planning a new home or renovation in Ontario, the credentials of your designer matter — a lot.

A B.C.I.N. (Building Code Identification Number) registration means your designer is authorized by Ontario's Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to prepare and submit permit drawings under the Ontario Building Code.
