Back in action in Severn!

We completed some controlled tree dropping, clearing, and site prep to get this property ready for the next phase.

We’ll be back next week to take care of the septic system installation and excavation work and keep this project moving forward.

Just wrapped up one of the more challenging site-prep projects we’ve taken on this season.

This property had a bit of everything — steep slopes, heavy bedrock, massive boulders and tight access. It definitely kept us on our toes, but the crew worked through it and got it done.

Our work on this project included:

Demolition and concrete removal
Rock drilling, blasting and removal
Controlled tree removal and land clearing
Driveway excavation and site access work
Excavation and site grading
Hauling and disposal of excavated material
Importing and placing granular materials
Pump chamber and tank installation
Storm drainage
Footing excavation and base prep
Drainage improvements
Stone slope stabilization

A lot of moving parts on this one and plenty of tough ground to work through. Between the blasting, excavation, hauling, drainage and difficult access, it took a lot of coordination to keep everything moving.

Our portion is now wrapped up and the site is ready for the concrete crew to take over for the next phase.
