With it officially being Spring and the unofficial start of the construction season here is a throwback to one of our 2024 projects when we had the opportunity to work for the Westend Regional Services Commission in Diamond Valley as a part of the Westend Lagoon Upgrade Project. Blackie Site Works in conjunction with CDM Mechanical made this project a success.

BSW handled the detailed excavation, site servicing, and HDPE piping to support this advanced wastewater treatment facility. The SAGR (Submerged Attached Growth Reactor) Cells will play a crucial role in improving water quality and environmental sustainability, and we're proud to have contributed to the Westend Lagoon Upgrade Project. Crews will be on-site again this year to perform some Spring cleaning!
