CHRISTMAS IS COMING - 88 days and counting!
We know.
It’s barely fall.
You haven’t even emotionally recovered from back-to-school.
But we need to tell you something…
CMH’s Christmas giveaways are coming back.
And this year we’re starting EARLY.

🎁 12 Days of Christmas begins in November.

Every Albertan has the same annual tradition:
Wake up.
See frost.
Whisper “absolutely not.”
Turn the furnace on for the first time in months.
Then stand beside it listening like you suddenly have 14 years of HVAC experience.
👂 “Does it normally make that noise?”
If something actually sounds wrong, smells wrong, or isn’t heating properly — give us a call.
Otherwise, welcome back to furnace season.
We knew you’d be back.

PUMPKIN SPICE SEASON 🎃
Pumpkin spice is back.
Which is really just nature’s way of reminding you to change your furnace filter.
Not your boots.
Not your shacket.
Not your entire personality.
Your filter.
We see you, pumpkin spice girlies.
We’re just trying to help. 😂
Go check it. Right now.
And if it looks like it survived the Dust Bowl — send us a picture, if it's bad enough we will provide the filter and latte.

WE GET IT.

At this point, applying for anything feels like they want your first born, your 2009 tax return and a blood sample. 😂

So we did the digging for you.

The City of Calgary’s Residential Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) opens September 22, and eligible Calgary homeowners can access financing of up to $50,000 for qualifying energy-efficiency upgrades.

That can include things like heat pumps, furnace/HVAC upgrades, ventilation, water heating and other eligible improvements.

And yes — CMH is a CEIP Qualified Contractor.

So instead of opening 14 tabs and giving up halfway through:
SAVE THIS POST. SHARE IT WITH A CALGARY HOMEOWNER. APPLY. THEN CALL US.

Instagram: application link is in our bio.
Facebook: apply here:
https://ceip.abmunis.ca/residential/residential-pre-qualification/

Want to read through the full program first?
https://www.calgary.ca/environment/programs/clean-energy-improvement-program.html

One important thing: this is financing, not a rebate, and you need to be approved and have the proper agreements in place before work begins.

Already know your furnace or HVAC system needs an upgrade?
Send CMH a message and we’ll help you figure out the contractor side without making this harder than it needs to be.

Applications open September 22.
We made the maze smaller. Now go apply.

It’s officially the season where one person in the house says:

“DO NOT TOUCH THE THERMOSTAT.”

And someone else is walking around wrapped in a blanket like they’re crossing the Arctic.
Marriage counselling?
Not our department.
Keeping the furnace running properly?
That we can help with.
Tag the person in your house who keeps touching the thermostat. 👇
