Added a kitchenette, cut foundation to add egress window, extended the bathroom to add full size stand up shower, infloor heating and turned the stairs. The clients vision was turned into reality and they love it.

Removed existing closet and void from eliminated flue to add a walk in closet. Completed gutted the bathroom and installed a new 1 piece tub, vanity, 1 piece toilet, recessed medicine cabinet, new door and schluter infloor heat. Turned out beautiful.
