✅ ALL PROPERTIES PRE-TREATED WITH DE-ICER TONIGHT ✅
North York | Markham | Richmond Hill | Vaughan | Scarborough
Our crews just finished the last route. Every seasonal contract property has been treated with premium ICESHIELD de-icer ahead of tonight's snow.
**WHAT WE JUST DID (6 PM - 11 PM):**
✅ Applied calcium-based de-icer to all driveways
✅ Extra attention to slopes and high-traffic areas
✅ Pre-treatment prevents ice bonding to pavement
✅ Works down to -32°C (tonight's only -1°C, so we're good)
**WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:**
When snow falls tonight (2-4cm expected), it won't stick and bond like it normally would. The de-icer creates a barrier between snow and pavement.
Tomorrow morning at 5 AM, our crews clear the snow. But because of tonight's pre-treatment, it'll scrape clean instead of leaving that frozen layer everyone fights with.

Sleep well, GTA. Your driveways are covered.

**Not on seasonal contract?** You're waking up to 2-4cm of snow that sat all night at -1°C, then turned to slush in the rain, then froze solid Monday morning.
Just saying. December contracts still available (5 spots left). But that's for NEXT storm. Tonight you're on your own.
