Fort Sassafras is officially taking shape.

Survey layout is complete — house and garage are officially pinned.

Now it’s time for the fun part. Machines are coming in, dirt is moving, and we’re bringing this one out of the drawings and into the ground.

Let’s build.

Not once. Not twice. Probably ten times.

Some details only get one chance to be right.

This custom feature window was measured, re-measured, and checked again throughout framing, foundation, and finish stages to make sure it landed at the exact elevation Forestgreen Creations envisioned.

Standing here now, seeing the bottom of the glass align perfectly with the finished floor, all those extra measurements make sense.

The difference between "good enough" and exceptional is often found in the details nobody notices—until everything comes together.
