Labourer

Seasonal employment, Full-time – 40-60 hours /week
Employment conditions: early mornings, morning, day, evening, weekends (Saturdays), flexible hours

About Us:
We are family-owned and operated business that was established in 1983. We specialize in the installation and service of inground, onground and aboveground pools. We strive to make our customer’s #1 and we are the professionals with the personal touch.

Job Overview:
Labourers install pools, liners, complete service, deliver hot tubs, remove debris from construction sites and assist equipment operators. Labourers will work in a wide range of areas, some include Kingston, Picton, Belleville, Quinte West, Gananoque, Napanee.

Responsibilities & Major Tasks:
• Completing repetitive tasks
• Assist heavy equipment operators
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Heavy lifting required: bending, lifting, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time
• Candidates should be able to lift 45kg (100lbs)
• Must wear steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves
• Working outdoor and in confined areas

Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work Saturdays
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good collaboration skills – able to be part of a team
• Experience is an asset
• Willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license
• Hardworking and quick learner
• Dependable and reliable
• Valid driver’s license
• Physically demanding
• Equipment and machinery experience is an asset – bobcats, reciprocating saws, concrete saws, drills
