🏠 PROJECT UPDATE — END OF WEEK TWO!
We’re coming to the end of week two, and this project is really starting to come together!
The structural beam is in, the ceiling has been plastered and painted, and you wouldn’t even know we had been in there. The client will take care of the wall painting at a later date.
🪜 The staircase is nearly finished and is currently receiving the first of three coats of matte, non-slip varnish.
🚿 The bathroom has now been completely demolished and is ready for us to get started next week.
Once the bathroom and custom insulated exterior door are completed, that will wrap up this phase of the project.

🏗️🔥 ANOTHER BIG PROJECT UNDERWAY! 🔥🏗️
Celtic Home Improvements is back at it!
We’re starting a major transformation that’s going to completely change this home. This isn’t just a renovation — we’re rebuilding the space from the structure up.
🔨 STRUCTURAL WALL REMOVAL
We’re opening up the main living area by carefully removing a structural wall and installing LVL beams with engineered support posts to safely carry the load and create a much more open layout.
🪜 BRAND-NEW STAIRCASE
The existing staircase is coming out, and we’re building a completely new staircase from the ground up, giving the home a fresh and modern look while improving the overall layout.
🚿 COMPLETE BATHROOM GUT & RENOVATION
This bathroom is getting a full transformation — complete gut job, new framing, plumbing, waterproofing, drywall, tile, flooring, fixtures and finishes. Nothing is being left untouched.

We transformed this home extension with a complete interior refresh. The existing carpet was removed and replaced with beautiful hardwood flooring, finished with new baseboards and trim for a clean, modern look. An exposed brick feature was framed over with drywall, professionally plastered, and blended seamlessly into the existing walls. We also upgraded the lighting by installing new recessed pot lights to brighten the space and completed the project with a fresh coat of paint throughout. The result is a bright, modern extension that feels open, updated, and ready to enjoy.

🚿 Bathroom Remodel & Kitchen Backsplash Project 🚿
Here’s a recent renovation project we completed featuring the beautiful La Riviera collection in Wheat.
As part of the bathroom remodel, we replaced the old shower and tub mixer to ensure the plumbing was fully updated before closing the walls. We then completed the waterproofing system and installed the ceramic tile for a durable, long-lasting finish.
To complete the bathroom, we installed a beautiful new vinyl floor, and we also added a stylish subway tile backsplash in the kitchen to give the space a fresh, modern look.
The homeowners chose to complete the painting themselves at a later date, allowing them to add their own personal touch to the finished renovation.
This was a fantastic project from start to finish. The clients had a clear vision for their home, making the process smooth and enjoyable, and it was a pleasure working with them to bring that vision to life.

Here’s a project we completed on Saturday. We put in a big day removing and replacing a shed roof deck and shingles, and also modified an exterior door to fit an unusual-height opening.
Everything came together great, and most importantly, we left another customer happy with the finished result.
We still have availability for smaller projects between our larger jobs, so if you’ve been thinking about getting work done, now’s a great time to book.

We completed this bathroom renovation a while back for a client who had previously dealt with unreliable contractors, so restoring her confidence in the process was just as important as the work itself.
The existing vinyl flooring had been poorly installed and was already showing signs of wear, so we removed it entirely and replaced it with high-quality ceramic tile for a more durable and elegant finish. To ensure a seamless installation, we carefully removed the freestanding bathtub, toilet, and a rotating vanity unit. Once the space was properly prepped, we installed a striking black ceramic floor that immediately elevated the look and feel of the room.
After the tile work was completed, we reinstalled all fixtures with precision and attention to detail, making sure everything was perfectly aligned and functioning flawlessly. The end result was a clean, modern, high-end bathroom that not only looks beautiful but also gives the homeowner peace of mind knowing the job was done right.

Another successful insurance restoration project completed ✅
This condo was an insurance job after a major plumbing mistake caused significant flooding. The client had hired a plumber who unfortunately forgot to cap a pipe, which led to water damage throughout the property.
Our team handled the full renovation from start to finish, including:
• Removal and replacement of all flooring throughout the condo
• Installation of beautiful hardwood flooring in the living area
• New ceramic tile installed in the kitchen and entryways
• A stunning new kitchen installation
• Removal and replacement of the upstairs bathroom vanity
