Bathroom Ventilation Fan Improvement

A customer had noticed multiple molds growing on its bathroom ceiling. After investigation, I noticed the ventilation fan although working, could not ventilate the air to outside. Further investigation, I noticed the old ventilation fan which was installed under sofit had been stuck blocking air flow from inside.

My solution was to install a new vent hood on top of the roof and disconnect the old one. Now six months is passed and customer is supper happy and no longer complain about foggy bathroom and molds. See the pictures and contact me if you are interested.
