Can we just take a second to admire these LASER LINES?! 🤌🌿

I'm at a client's place on Nuns' Island today, look over at these hedges and I'm like...

"Damn. Who does your hedges?"

Client: "Your buddy Gabriel."

Me: "OHHHHHHH YEAH!!" 😂😂

Completely forgot that Gabriel is the guy who referred me to this client in the first place.

Old man memory kicking in apparently. 🤦‍♂️

But seriously...

LOOK. AT. THOSE. LINES.

Credit where credit is due. That's some damn nice hedge work, Gabriel Saint-Pierre . 👏

There's plenty of work to go around in this business, and when somebody does beautiful work, I have absolutely no problem saying it.

Been getting fed ad after ad after ad for VEVOR products…

So I finally caved. 😂

I bought the chainsaw.

$159 for a 62cc, 20" gas chainsaw. Heck, that’s almost the same price as renting one, so I figured… alright, let’s see what this thing can actually do.

And more importantly… how long it lasts. 😬

Lord have mercy. Did I just make a terrible decision?

Will it be GOOD?
Will it be… aaight?
Or is this thing gonna be complete TRASH? 😂

I genuinely have no idea.

It’s supposed to arrive Thursday. We’re putting it to work Friday.

Come back Friday. We’re gonna find out together. 😂🪚🌲

Get ready for next week's special build! We're creating a beautiful stone raised garden bed to elevate and enhance this home's aesthetics and curb appeal – though it hardly needs it, as the property is already stunning and meticulously maintained.

This project is for an existing client in Cote Saint Luc, a real estate professional who understands the value of strategic improvements.

Check back next week for progress updates on our stories and reels! Call or text me for a free, no-obligation estimate. 🏡✨

J'aimerais essayer cette méthode.

could have said it was fixed, but that wouldn't be true. We solved today's symptom, but the underlying issue remains. Sometimes the best help is honesty about what a real fix involves.

People ask me all the time: “Gal, what’s wrong with my lawn?”

Sometimes the answer is complicated. Sometimes it’s really not.

Not enough water? Water the damn lawn.

Too much shade? Stop blaming the grass.

Compacted soil? Aerate it.

Thin and patchy? Overseed it.

And sometimes… your lawn has so many problems that it’s time to stop treating symptoms and actually renovate it.

So I made the official Gal the Gardener Lawn Problem Flowchart.

Is it scientifically perfect? Probably not.
Is it surprisingly useful? I think so. 😂

Follow the arrows and let me know where your lawn ends up.

And if you still don’t know what the hell is wrong with it… that’s why I’m here. 🌱
