Ran a camera down a customer's toilet and met this guy. He was so committed to his new life down there that the only way out was a full toilet replacement.

Want to know how we saved a customer almost $15,000?

Their sewer line was full of roots.

The dig would've meant tearing out part of their deck, excavating the line, replacing pipe, and rebuilding the whole thing. Easy $15K once it's all said and done.

We ran a chain knocker through instead. Cut and pulled out over 5 feet of roots. Camera confirmed the pipe is wall-to-wall clean.

A few hours of work. Deck untouched. Yard untouched.
Follow-up camera inspection in a year to figure out next steps. The decision now gets to be made on the customer's timeline, not an emergency one.

That's how we'd want it done at our own house.
