TruTech Pest & Wildlife Control was founded by Matthew Sawyer in 2020. Matthew came to this decision after witnessing a number of pest and wildlife control companies offering inferior service for hefty prices. These companies were taking advantage of their clients, charging high prices but offering substandard service, either through a lack of understanding, education or empathy. Matthew researched the pest and wildlife industry and realized his concerns were not unfounded. Many people had the same frustrations with the lack of quality service and sky high prices throughout the industry. With this information he decided he could, and would do better. TruTech Pest & Wildlife Control has instituted a customer service policy that we not only follow, but one that we truly believe in. Ensuring our technicians have the time, and take the time to help educate their clients and answer all of their questions throughout the process. Ensuring each our technicians are thoroughly trained and continue their education in this ever changing industry. Above all else, TruTech Pest & Wildlife Control is there for you, the client, first and foremost. Our goal is to solve the problem you hired us to solve. We aren't happy until you are. When it comes pricing, we realized that the industry was dominated by a few large companies. These companies have many layers of management to support, from large executive boards with CEO’s, Presidents, Vice Presidents, dozens of Directors, to their Shareholders. They also tend to have an unnecessarily high number of middle-management positions such as District Managers, Regional Managers, Area Managers, Branch Managers, Service Managers, Sales Managers, the list goes on. Add to this the fact that these large companies have nearly more sales and marketing employees than they do Pest Control Technicians, showing that they are more concerned about sales than providing excellent service to their clients. To offset these large expenses and overhead salaries we have separated the company into special divisions, each operating under the TruTech Pest & Wildlife Control Policies. In doing so, we were able to streamline our overhead costs, enabling us to provide our clients a higher level of service for a competitively lower price than the large corporate pest and wildlife control companies. We pride ourselves in providing the best experience and customer service in the industry, all while running a lean streamlined company and passing those savings onto our most important commodity - you the client
