Boiler and hot water tanks were submerged in flood waters. Replaced with new hot water tanks and a new boiler. Customer was happy to have their heating and hot water back up and running.

Replaced all the problematic Poly-B water piping with new pex piping.
Replaced the gas system with a new home runs to each appliance.
Installed a sewage sump system so the customer could add a new bathroom in the basement.
Upgraded the old electric hot water tank with a new power vented gas unit.
