What a crazy busy year! Thanks for all your referrals & the additional 126 new customers so far this year. I have a few days for some extra appointments for the rest of September and the begining of October for eavestrough repairs, eavestrough cleaning etc.

This eavestrough cleaning season will be the busiest year yet, be sure to contact me early if you're a potential new customer and would like service. For all my other yearly customers in Milton, Waterdown, Burlington, Carlisle, Freelton etc over the last 25 years, your spot is already reserved as usual, just contact me for a date & time range.

I'll be running an overflow list which will run all the way into December weather permitting.

RIP to my favorite powerwasher of all time. This beauty has been cleaning your Walkways, Fences, Stones, Siding, Eavestroughs, Decks & Concrete for about 10 Years without any problems.

Gone yet not forgotten, it's been replaced by a new, slightly more powerful one of the same model to continue to make your properties Great Again for another 10 years!

Hello Everyone. Just a friendly reminder from Dec - March I am available for emergency service only.

If you are experiencing an Ice Dam and it's already leaking inside, please call 905-699-5582 instead of texting or email.

I am pre-approved with some insurance companies but not all. Please also mention if you have already started the Insurance claim process as some companies will only let you use a preffered contractor & you'll have to pay out of pocket and not have any the work I do covered under your claim.

Hello Everyone, just a heads up, I have "Low to Zero" availability until Oct 5th. As things heat up for the end of the season, it's important to book your repairs/eaves cleaning etc. as soon as you can, so you are on the list.

Appointments are first come, first serve as usual. Spots open up weekly for repairs of leaky corners, disconnected downspouts & eaves cleaning. Window cleaning availability after November 1st will be super low and will be booked by being added to a wait-list which will be weather dependant and no guarantee of service. You're free to cancel up until the day of service!

Also, for NEW customers - in order to get an estimate on a repair, eaves cleaning, new downspouts, or downspout reattachments.... you MUST provide me with your First/Last Name, Telephone # & Address you would like the service done at..

This is the service I provide. Everything comes out. Anything less than being flushed out isn't really clean.
