What you don’t see behind the walls matters just as much as what you do see. 👀🔧

For this double vanity rough in we’re using HoldRite PexRite brackets to properly secure our plumbing lines because doing it right means taking the extra steps others skip.

We’ve also installed smash plates throughout to protect both plumbing and venting from nails or screws down the line. It’s all about building with intention and preventing problems before they happen.

And to top it off we’re using Dahl valves trusted reliable and simply the best in the industry!

This bathroom is the definition of refined luxury.
A double floating vanity with integrated LED lighting creates a clean architectural statement, beautifully paired with a sleek LED mirror that elevates the entire space.

Heated floors powered by Schluter DITRA add comfort beneath a striking mosaic tile, perfectly balanced against the large format wall tile for a layered designer finish.

The unique L shaped layout makes way for a curbless, doorless shower featuring a Riobel waterfall shower head. Open, seamless, and spa worthy.
Finished with a pocket entry door to preserve the open concept feel, this space flows effortlessly from every angle.

When your condo gives you 11 foot ceilings, storage becomes architecture ✨

In this downtown Toronto condo, we opened up the framing to reclaim the full ceiling height, then designed custom floor to ceiling cabinetry as an integrated storage solution tailored to the client’s exact needs.

We built everything with wood carcasses for superior durability, structure, and longevity, creating a seamless built in look that feels intentional, refined, and architectural.

To complete the transformation, we finished the space with crisp, clean wall paint to elevate the millwork and bring a gallery like calm to the interiors

This is storage designed to be seen and experienced, not hidden away.

We transformed an underused space into a fully legal, beautifully livable rental unit, without compromising on the clients personal space.

That meant real work behind the walls:
🧱 Structural changes
🚪 A brand-new walkout entrance
🪜 A custom-engineered staircase
🔥 A statement fireplace that sets the tone
🚿 Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical completely rethought and rebuilt to meet code
🍽️ An extended kitchen for the rental side because tenants deserve more than bare minimum

We also extended windows on both the personal side and the rental unit, meeting code while flooding the entire basement with natural light ☀️

And yes, properly zoned lighting throughout.
Because everything on one switch is a crime 🚨💡

Both spaces feel balanced, spacious, and complete.
Surprises came up as they always do, but they were handled professionally, transparently, and the right way.

This isn’t just a legal basement.
It’s a smart investment.

2025 was another year we built with materials that don’t need explaining. From luxury Kitchens and Bathrooms, to laundry connections and exterior hose valves, every detail was chosen for reliability, longevity, and clean performance.

This staircase wasn’t added.
It was meant to be here.

When you’re building a legal walkout basement, there’s zero room for guesswork. Every rise, every run, every clearance has to be exact and still look effortless.

This one wasn’t easy and it definitely wasn’t rushed.

We designed and built this staircase to feel seamless, as if the home was always waiting for it. Precision cuts using beautiful red oak, working from a 5 foot slab and a 4 foot slab so everything could be sized perfectly. No unnecessary filler pieces. No shortcuts. Just clean lines and intentional craftsmanship.

We then dialed in the stain exactly to the client’s vision. The result is warm, timeless, and cohesive.

This is what happens when layout, code, design, and ex*****on all speak the same language. Quietly stunning. Purpose built. Done right. 🐇✨

🚧✨ Pneumatic Elevator! ✨🚧

Getting the rough-ins ready for a brand new Pneumatic Elevator 🛗 that’ll travel from the basement all the way up to the 2nd floor!

3 full levels of engineering precision and excitement! 💪

Both inspections ✅ PASSED (as always 😉) and check out that perfect circular cut through the main floor! Clean, sharp, and laser-aligned to perfection 🎯

A seamless semicircular entry was created on theb2nd floor into the existing structure so the elevator can glide flawlessly through every level. Everything had to be lined up exactly right and it turned out absolutely spot-on 🔥

When we first walked into this massive commercial space, it was rough!

Damaged walls, broken ceiling tiles, and outdated finishes everywhere.

Fast forward to today 👉 a complete transformation inside & out:
✅ Repaired and refinished every wall + ceiling for a smooth, professional finish
✅ Replaced every ceiling tile for a bright, clean look
✅ Installed new modern doors and closed off existing doorways where needed for a better layout
✅ Opened new doorways to improve accessibility and flow
✅ Sealed off a doorway with Safe’n’Sound insulation for noise reduction and privacy
✅ Built a custom double office using 12mm tempered glass panels, floor-to-ceiling design, with no bulkheads
✅ Added a frosted privacy film for a sleek, corporate vibe
✅ Cut out a pass-through window complete with a quartz ledge, combining function and design
✅ Completely refreshed/rebuilt both the kitchen and kitchenette with high-end PET cabinetry, quartz countertops, large stainless steel sinks, new modern handles, and sleek Moen Faucets
✅ Installed a plumbed-in coffee machine, with a precision-drilled opening right through the quartz for a clean, integrated, designer look ☕🔥
✅ Deep-cleaned and repainted the entire parking lot for that crisp, professional curb appeal 🚗
✅ Finished it all off with a soft white and lightest blue paint that brightens every inch of the space ☀️
