Are you someone who can generate your own leads and land high-value renovation projects?

At Ideal Home Design Inc. , we are looking for a driven sales professional to bring in residential and commercial projects and grow with us.

As a growing design-build company with an in-house design and construction team and our products showroom ~ We are looking for a right-hand person to the business: someone who understands sales, client, and the real work behind projects.

We are not looking for someone who just “wants a job”
We are looking for someone who wants to build , sell and grow a business with us.

What you’ll do:
- Generate your own clients & pipeline
- Meet clients and Conduct site visits
- Can take site measurements
- Estimate projects and present budgets
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Close deals and secure contracts

What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales experience(construction, renovation, real estate, or other related industries preferred)
- Self-driven, organized , and results- oriented
- Comfortable with commission-based earnings
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintain client follow-up and support relationship management
- Assist in generating referrals and future business opportunities

Once a project is closed, our design and construction teams will manage the ex*****on phase.

This role is for someone who enjoys real action ~ meeting clients, selling products, taking measurements, preparing estimate, help with marketing, and developing new projects for the company.
