Leary Site Services is growing and we’re looking to add experienced people to our crew.

We’re currently hiring experienced equipment operators, pipelayers, and an experienced civil & earthworks foreman.

For the foreman position, we’re looking for someone with strong civil and earthworks experience who can confidently lead a crew and keep a job moving safely and efficiently.

Competitive wages • 40–60 hours/week
Valid Class 5 required
Class 1 is an asset but not required

Farm Access Road & Silage Bunker Preparation – In Progress

Leary Site Services is currently completing site preparation for a new silage bunker, including widening the existing farm access road to improve access for larger agricultural equipment.

The project involved stripping and preserving topsoil, preparing and grading the subgrade for the bunker and access area, and eliminating an existing 9-foot drop from the road into the field. A smooth transition was created before replacing the topsoil, allowing the field to remain fully plantable while improving drainage away from the barns.

* Construct smooth field transition.
* Redistribute topsoil.
* Improve drainage and maintain productive farmland.

From excavation to final grade. This silage pad was built up, capped with 6” of 3” minus, and graded to move water away from the feed storage area. A new sump and 4” drainage line were installed to collect runoff and improve site drainage. Practical solutions that keep farms operating efficiently, protect valuable feed, and create durable working surfaces built to handle daily farm operations.
