A little jobsite conversation goes a long way! 👷‍♂️🔧

From planning to problem solving, communication and teamwork are a big part of what keeps our projects moving forward.

That’s why we make it a priority to start every week by coming together as a team. Discussing what’s ahead, sharing updates, addressing challenges, and making sure everyone is on the same page.

These conversations help us stay connected, work safely, and set the tone for a productive week ahead.

Have a good week everyone 🫡

Big congratulations to our dude Mackenzie on his recent promotion to Refrigeration/HVAC Service Foreman! 👏

Mackenzie has been with Cold Pro since the early days, and over the years he’s become a huge part of who we are and what we’re building.

Beyond his knowledge and experience, Mackenzie brings something to the field that isn’t always easy to find — genuine commitment to his craft, to the people around him, and to doing things the right way. He shares the same vision and values we believe in as a company, and you can see that in the work he puts in every day.

His hard work definitely doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re proud to have someone like him helping lead our service team. Our techs are lucky to have someone they can learn from and look up to.

Well deserved, Mackenzie. We’re lucky to have you, dude! 🤙

We’re lucky to have a team like this leading our technicians.

Skilled, driven people who share one common vision: raise the standard.

Let’s change the industry. Let’s deliver work we’re proud to put our name behind. And let’s build something that lasts. 🔧

Got to visit our team up in Kelowna last week and check out the progress on the Kelowna Municipal Pool build. 🏊‍♂️ 💧

We’re working alongside River West again on this one — always a great team to work with.

Our crew has been busy installing the piping that will bring water into the pool and through the filtration system. There’s still a ways to go, but it’s exciting to see everything starting to come together.

Looking forward to seeing this one take shape!

We recently had the opportunity to visit Golden Valley Eggs and see our team at work installing a new material for us- a polypropylene SDR11 piping system.

This system is being used for both heating and domestic hot water at the facility.
Polypropylene piping is also well suited to a wide range of mechanical applications, including chilled water systems commonly found in data centres and other facilities with significant cooling requirements.
