After spring flooding, this space needed a full rebuild and we’re proud of how it turned out. From thoughtful planning to clear communication and a clean worksite, this project was all about doing things right and making the process stress-free.

Good tips!

HVAC Safety Tip: Don’t place a carbon monoxide detector directly next to the furnace , as a tiny, harmless amount of CO can trace out during start up and cause "nuisance alarms." Instead, install your detector about 15 feet away to get an accurate, life-saving reading.
