For so many years, Desmo was much more than a subcontractor or an employee—he was a true friend and an important part of our team. He was the kind of person you could always count on. No matter the job, no matter the challenge, he was always dependable, always willing to lend a hand, and never hesitated to help wherever he was needed.

His kindness, loyalty, and quiet generosity made such a lasting impact on all of us. We were incredibly fortunate to have him in our lives, and on our Lincoln Construction/ Levi Developments team, and his absence will be deeply felt.

Our hearts are with his family, Sue Ruthski and loved ones during this heartbreaking time. We are keeping you in our prayers, and sending our love and deepest condolences.

Thank you for everything, Des… You will always be a part of our story, and you will never be forgotten. ❤️

- last bits of flooring going in
- appliances being installed
- cleaning
- furniture deliveries
- touch up painting
- signage up
- sod and gardens going in
- getting everyone’s keys ready

We are so excited to be inching closer to closing dates!

I know a lot of you have been eagerly awaiting another update on Adelaar… so here we are!

The archway at the entrance got finished yesterday, and it’s STUNNING!!

The railings, dividers. and glass are installed in most balcony locations.

The feature walls in the common areas got their first coat of paint too, and I am in LOVE with the colour!

There’s also a sneak peek at the elevator interiors, which are also ALMOST complete (just waiting for flooring)

Inside the units:
- kitchens and countertops are all in
- backsplashes are going in
- trim is almost complete
- flooring is done in most units
- plumbing fixtures are starting to get installed
- suite entry doors are getting installed this week

Up next:
- plumbing and light fixtures
- final coat of paint
- door hardware install
- flooring in common areas
- feature (wood) panels at common ceilings and lobby walls

Another VERY exciting day at Adelaar… the flooring is going in! It’s crazy how the flooring just pulls it all together and makes it feel so cozy!
