After receiving a municipal compliance order, this property needs some serious attention. Volunteer trees, invasive vines, heavy brush, debris, and years of neglected growth have taken over large portions of the yard.

Our crews will be starting this week to bring the property back into compliance and restore it to a clean, safe, and maintainable condition.

Stay tuned for the progress and final transformation. This one is going to be a big change.

We’ve officially started this full backyard & pool renovation featuring Techo-Bloc Blu Grande HD2 Smooth pavers in Greyed Nickel, matching Raffinato coping, retaining walls, drainage upgrades & full excavation 👊🏼

Still early stages, but this one is going to be a huge transformation once everything comes together 🔥

❄️ Snow Day Safety Reminder from LKN Construction & Maintenance ❄️

With schools closed tomorrow and lots of kids out playing in the snow, we just want to share a quick safety reminder for everyone.

Our crews have been out all night and will continue working into the morning clearing roads, parking lots, and driveways to keep the community safe.

Please remind kids to:

🚜 Stay back from plows and equipment
👂 Listen for trucks and machinery
👀 Stay aware of their surroundings and make eye contact with drivers
🏔️ Avoid playing near driveways, parking lots, or large snow piles
❄️ Don’t build forts or tunnels inside snowbanks where plows may be adding more snow

These machines are big, loud, and have blind spots. Drivers can’t always see what’s hidden in snow piles and may not know a child is inside.

Safety is always our top priority — for both our crew and your families.
Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe out there, and enjoy the snow day! ☃️
