🚨 WE’RE EXPANDING — AND BUILDING DIFFERENTLY! 🚨
Custom Quality Build Ltd. is officially entering a NEW MARKET! 🏡
We’re excited to announce the start of TWO NEW HOMES in Coaldale, Alberta — a rapidly growing community where families are looking for something that matters more than ever:
AFFORDABILITY + QUALITY + LOWER OPERATING COSTS.
But these two homes are about more than expanding our footprint.
They mark the FIRST STEP in our next building evolution. 🔨⚡
🧱 INTRODUCING SIP CONSTRUCTION
For these homes, we are taking our first step toward building a tighter, more energy-efficient building envelope by using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs).
Why?
Because we don't just want to build a house that looks good on possession day.
We want to build homes that perform better for years to come.
A tighter envelope can help reduce heat loss, improve comfort and potentially reduce the energy required to operate the home.
And this is only the beginning.
🎯 OUR 2030 GOAL
Our journey has already taken us from conventional construction toward energy-certified homes.
Now we're setting our sights higher:
➡️ Energy Certified Homes
➡️ Higher-performance building envelopes
➡️ Greater energy efficiency
➡️ Affordable Net Zero Homes by 2030
We believe energy efficiency shouldn't be reserved for luxury homes.
Our goal is to make high-performance construction part of an affordable housing solution.
🏠 BUILT FOR OWNERS. DESIGNED TO SAVE.
These new Coaldale homes are also being designed as suitable rental properties, with the goal of helping owners control long-term operating costs while providing comfortable, efficient housing for tenants.
Because the true cost of a home isn't just the purchase price.
It's what it costs to operate that home year after year.
This is our first step in Coaldale.
And it's also another step toward the future we're building at Custom Quality Build Ltd.
Coaldale — we're coming! 🚀
